STUDIO NOTES
for those who sense they have something to say but don’t know how to begin. for writers who start mid-memory. pull up a chair. you don't have to be polished + neither does your work.
creation is a conversation carried across bodies. more tide than timeline. ideas rarely arrive at the beginning. like walking into a movie in the middle of a scene, often scattered or out of order. stories need somewhere to land without being disciplined into clarity. this space is where we let them. a container for the fragments.
it feels important to let the work breathe in real time & resist the instinct to present the process as linear or controlled. the studio’s practice isn’t about upholding the illusion of certainty; it’s about honoring the evolution of thought, the revisions, the hesitations, the breakthroughs. by documenting this, we create a living archive of becoming: a record of how art finds its form.

something to carry // something that carries you
RELICS OF THE REALM

a reminder of how energy travels: how care, presence, and effort ripple into spaces we may never see. the love you give isn’t measured by scale or recognition. it exists in gestures, in the way you show up, in what you carry and release. blotched welcomes this message as a subtle rhythm that moves with you. worn close to the body and stitched for everyday life.

THE LOVE YOU GIVE IS ENOUGH
